• Develop and maintain good relationships and communications with other parties and divisions.
• Stand in for GM’s secretary in her absence.
• Undergo Emergency Response Training and participate actively in subsequent practices and real-
life emergency situations.
• Create a tracking sheet for the work permit follow up.
• Doing purchasing orders and call-offs and help general services department.
