* Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs
the project management team meetings.
* Ensuring all audit records and documentation are accurate and in
compliance with applicable regulations.
* Develop and manage all aspects of project and program
engagement from planning, external vendor relationships,
communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
Deliver high quality output to the Head of IT Strategy and Planning,
including detailed reports, analyzed findings and presentations.
* Assist the IT planning team to plan and coordinate activities related
to IT planning cycle as well as ad hoc planning requests.
* Coordinate all activities related to Human Resource Management
within ITD including the Emiratization targets. Sourcing competent
candidates for the numerous vacancies in ITD.
* Develop training & development plans for ITD staff with focusing on
UAE nationals to meet Emiratization targets.
* Monitor performance benchmarks to ensure results of IT planning
exercises are aligned with expectations.
