- Set and develop HR policies and procedures and developing HR Policy Manual, Organization Structure, Performance Management, Selection & Recruitment, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits and Authority Matrix.
- Working closely with top management for reviewing the overall companies’ Organization Structures in line with overall companies strategy and business plans.
- Ensure the communication and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures at Agrimatco’s business units in the operating business units and countries.
- Oversees all recruitment and filling the positions based on HR Plans and Recruitment yearly plan.
- Establish and oversee the whole group succession plans, its yearly updates, and the implementation.
- Oversees and follow up annual manpower plans and budgets preparation and control for the Companies/ countries.
- Oversees and ensure training plans preparation and its implementation in accordance to Succession Plan and performance management output.
- Act as a reference for advising, supporting and guiding HR representatives/ team in operating countries to facilitate the implementation of Corporate HR Policies and Procedures and all HR requirements.
- Act as a reference for advising on cases and issues related to labor law consultations at the operating countries.
- Formulate and set HR Strategy and business plan for the companies in line with overall companies’ strategy and business plan.
- Set, develop and implement HR, Administration and personnel policies and procedures that are consistent with HR strategy including Planning & recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development… etc.
- Restructuring and setting new HR department. Reviewing the overall companies’ Organization Structures in line with overall companies strategy and business plans.
- Prepares and executes annual manpower plans and budgets for the Companies.
- Formulates recruitment strategy to achieve desired level and quality of manpower for all areas of the Companies and manages the whole recruitment process.
- Manages the Personnel functions of salary administration, leave entitlements, conditions of service and disciplinary provisions.
- Oversees and manages office services to the Companies (security, transportation, labor camp, staff accommodation, office supplies, and housekeeping).
- Establishes good working relations with concerned authorities for good industrial relations.
- Manage, directs and develops subordinates to ensure they perform to their best potential and work effectively together as a team.
- Establishing and introducing the HR planning & Recruitment function and related systems for the areas of HR planning, HR Budgeting, Recruitment & Selection/ staffing in KSA, Designing Organization structure and Organizational Development, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation (Using Hay methodology), Employee's satisfaction studies and analysis, Compensation & Benefits strategy and all other HR policies and implementation.
- Introduce and full implementation of Job Analysis and Job Evaluation (Using Hay methodology). Align and reflect HAY job evaluation outputs and salary scale with company’s salaries & benefits.
- Prepare and review annual Budget & HR manpower plan, including identifying manpower requirements and its complying with approved budget in coordination with other departments and highlighting vacancies to be filled within targeted timelines.
- Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to ensure the company is updated in Human Resources challenges and opportunities.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Determine the knowledge, skills and competencies required to guide recruitment activities.
- Review employment contracts and ensure they are in line with company’s standards and the KSA’s labour laws.
- Manage and supervise human resources functions with strongly business and strategy orientation.
- Implementing of HR policies, procedures and programs and implement HR goals and objectives in alignment with business needs and strategies. Also providing all needed inputs and consultation regarding their improvement.
- Ensure availability of key staff and resources to the organization through fully implementation of Planning & Recruitment cycle.
- Responsible for compensation planning and management by preparing annual plans and budgets, applying of control tools, reviewing them on annual and monthly basis and provides the solutions and corrective actions in order to manage the plans and treat any gap effectively.
- Ensure the complying with company salary scale and reviewing salary scale on periodic base to ensure it is developed and its compliance with organization changes (using HAY methodology, implantation of HAY Job Analysis & HAY Job Evaluation).
- Evaluate and develop organization communities, code of conduct implementation and organization core values living.
- Manage and direct a mass recruitment for projects (new established companies and BU's "done for 2 companies").
- Develop, apply and use behavioral and business criteria for selecting right candidates at organization (selection and recruitment criteria).
- Conduct organizational planning and analysis activities that evaluate the organization structures and all others HR activities’ efficiency.
