•Overall responsibility for total facility performance and Key Performance Indicators for this bottling and distribution facility
•Responsible for customer satisfaction performance for the facility
•In charge of facilitating and monitoring a Performance Management system for all facility staff
•Ensuring compliance of operations with group policy and all government regulations
•Responsible to increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and disciplining team members;
•Communicating values and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
•Developing incentives for best performing facility employees
•Responsible for developing and managing the execution of the facility’s annual operational budget and plan
•Responsible for the overall facility’s procurement
•Responsible for managing the sales and distribution teams
The scope of work is determined by determining the business to be included in the project, and other business that will not be part of the project.
•Time Management: By managing the processes related to project completion within a specified period of time, by identifying activities, following them, estimating their resources and time to implement them, and developing and controlling the schedule.
•Cost Management: The cost and budget required to establish a project are determined. Quality management: It is determined in ways to achieve the highest degree of idealism and perfection in the field of the project while maintaining continuity and survival.
•Integration management: achieved through the identification, identification, compilation and coordination of various project management processes and activities within the PMO.
