• Serve as lead project engineer on more than 10 projects in
Dubai for dewatering and drilling
• Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress
and consult with contractors and on-site engineers
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and
labour to determine project feasibility
• Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the
amounts of outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly invoices and review the payment application
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in
accordance with the specifications and oversee quality control and health
and safety matters on site
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,
quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers
and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them
informed of progress
• Day-to-day reporting and management of the site, including supervising
and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to
design specifications
• Supervise the subcontractors work to meet the required expectation.
• Coordinate with the MEP subcontractors
• Receiving the subcontractor’s invoices and certifies their claimed
quantity
• Coordinate with the consultant for inspections, closing NCRs and SO
• Distribute the manpower to achieve the required target
• Coordinate with the MEP and Architectural to solve any
clashes
• Use building information modelling (BIM) to perform drawing
work tasks
• 3D module in Revit
• Gathered information by observing, receiving, and otherwise
obtaining information from all relevant sources
• Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour
to determine project feasibility
• Developed guidelines in the construction of special projects.
• Planned and oversaw entire program operations
• Ensured that construction site is safe and project are safe in
accordance with the specified standards
