Operating as a lead point of Company's contracts and accounts.
Responsible for following up with all the clients that are based outside of Jordan and
arrange for periodic visits to meet them in person and make sure that we are exceeding
their expectations as Repzo is operating in six other countries other than Jordan.
Setting a logical and challenging target and doing the best to achieve it.
Overseeing customer accounts and build with them sustainable relationships and trust.
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks from both sectors;
FMCG and Pharmaceutical one.
•Make a monthly inventory for the all suppliers
•Make invoices for the sold products and deliver it to the financial department
•Supervise and coordinate the new products that could be provide it from the suppliers
•Deliver a monthly reports for the operation and supply chain manager about the best seller items and the maintain inventory.
•Have a knowledge about every product and its producer in the shop, to answer any question or need by the Customer
•Organize and supervise the outside events with a direct collaboration with the Marketing department
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and provide a desirable service.
• Answer the customer questions and inquiry and provide them with the valuable information they are seeking.
•Deliver daily report to the management and to the Marketing department
•Help the marketing department to organize the events and the Mall promotions during the year by supervise it and participate in it.
