Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
• Tax reporting and inventory processing. • Provide operational management of an accounts department, including debtors and creditors ledger, accounts payable and receivable, wages and salaries. • Perform external audits by examining financial statements. • Ensure compliance with accounting and finance standards, best practices, and government regulations. • Analyze business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and trends to develop projections for future revenue and expense.
Having overall accountability for growing the sales and profitability by managing teams and compliance throughout the operation, as well as delivering excellent standards of customer service through: • Driving and maximizing the sales numbers of the store. • Monitoring daily staff and store performance. • Maximizing sales through effective merchandising. • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising new staff members. • Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records. • Creating real value for money by an outstanding customer service.
. Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. . Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. . Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result. . Monitor costs and work within budget.
• Promoting new brands introduced to the market. • Guiding and supporting employees working in retail stores on product displays, promotions, new products, and effective customer service and sales techniques. • Submitting timely and accurate reports related to the arrival of new stock or remaining supplies in the store.
