•Increasing the meetings and events revenue by creating a consistent, personalized, and value adding product to meet our customers demands.
•Build strong and professionalism relationship with all MICE customers.
•Responsible of building Inquiry, Tentative and Contract forms in opera system as per the company standards.
•Processing weekly and monthly report for the financial returns of events and conferences to our revenue department.
•Responds to communications from all MICE customers, By Email, telephone, fax.
•Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, generating contracts, issuing confirmations and follow up process with all MICE customers.
•Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, and special needs requirements.
•Manually creating Pro-forms invoice for the event
•Review event bills for accuracy, and approve payment.
•Processes reservations by Email, telephone, fax.
•Prepares letters of confirmation.
•Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
•Up sell by trying to offer our higher rooms category.
•Create bookings in the system (Opera).
•Greet, assist and direct visitors and the general public.
•Responsible of the restaurants reservations.
•Responsible of new / renew membership at the Spa.
•Assisting with serious complaints.
•Prepare the weekly attendance schedule for the employee.
•Moves controls to start and stop equipment, such as roller coaster, Go karts.
•Gives directions to guests, usually over microphone, regarding safety and operation.
•Tests equipment daily before opening ride to patrons.
•Greet, assist and direct visitors and the general public.
•Handling check in & check out process.
•Answering queries.
•Answering calls and taking messages.
•Keeping the reception area tidy
