In this role, I was in charge of resolving Visa customers' queries over the phone, adjusting non-financial western Union money transfers, monitoring accounts, and reporting suspicious transactions. On top of that, I am accountable as well for activating, opposing Visa cards and e-banking, issuing/checking fraud reports, and preparing monthly statements for our clients.
