In charge of planning and delivering the curriculum to students aged between 3.8-15 years. The curriculums are highly designed to improve students' skills and fitness by using the recent equipments and latest knowledge. My classes are usually class based and field base. In class, I usually pass the needed instructions to the students to lead them safely in the field, while in the field I demonstrate for them the needed tactics and physically guide them through the movements.I am also the supervisor of the school abroad trips such as london and swizerland which are usually carried at least twice a year. In this role, I was in charge of resolving Visa customers' queries over the phone, adjusting non-financial western Union money transfers, monitoring accounts, and reporting suspicious transactions. On top of that, I am accountable as well for activating, opposing Visa cards and e-banking, issuing/checking fraud reports, and preparing monthly statements for our clients.
