* Internal audit services covering all major operations across industries
* Conducting a risk assessment and developing risk registers / Risk Control Matrices
and risk based internal audit plan
* Designing and establishing a suitable ERM framework (COSO / ISO31000)
* Developed Delegation of Authority Matrices for a listed entity in the UAE
* Conducting corporate governance assessment and developing a submitting report in
line with the Dubai Financial Markets (DFM) requirements
* Developed policies and process maps, narratives in the form of procedures, for all
major operational areas
* Executed compliance audits including Sarbanes Oxley’s Act (SOX), DFSA guidelines
and other UAE laws and regulations
Managing multiple projects with a team of 4 to 5 members and maintaining client
relationship including kick-off and exit meetings, conflict management, on-ground
support to project teams and communication/ presentation of project deliverable to the
Senior Management and to the Board / Audit Committees.
Formulating and implementing revenue forecasts, resource planning, billing / collection
status etc. for the team on an ongoing basis and identifying other business needs of the
client during the field work stage.
Engagement Planning and supervising the assignments including development of
engagement plans, review of working papers and deliverable and providing overall
direction to the assigned project team.
