Project Sales / Technical Engineering
 Deliver expertise in project sales from preparation and bidding for tenders, securing approvals for Heavy Machinery, Power Generation products to holding negotiations & effectively closing the project deal.
 Visiting reputed consultants, participating in technical discussions regarding the product and securing approvals for the company's products.
 Work in conjunction with sales team for achieving sales and Rental targets for Heavy Machinery, Power Generation, line of products. Delivered after sales support to the customers and obtained referrals from them.
 Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
 Liaise regularly with other sales personnel, and colleagues from other departments such as research and development, design, purchasing and production, and senior company managers.
 Satisfied customer needs by providing product based solutions and ensured delivery execution. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
 Manage responsibilities related to effective business planning, implementation, supervision and considering corrective actions to stay ahead of competitive markets.
 Actively participate in product launches to promote company products, enhance the company’s image, maintain business volume and accelerate growth in terms of turnover, client base and staff.
Marketing Management
 Engage in trade fairs and exhibitions such as big 5 and Middle East electricityto provide a platform for product promotion and develop sales
 Create marketing strategy & written action plans as per knowledge of organization’s objectives, market characteristics, cost and mark-up factors.
 Conduct valuation of financial aspects of product development to include budget, expenditures, research-development appropriations, return on investments and profit-loss projections.
 Utilize sales forecasting abilities and strategic planning skills to ensure sales and profitability of products, lines or services besides analysing business development and monitoring market trends.
 Confer with buying personnel to gain advice on products or services expected to be in demand. Initiate market research and data collection to identify product demand.

Production Planning & Control:
 Prepare the production plan and schedule the required manpower for the production and ensuring the maximum utilization. To Supervising different section Supervisors, Operators & Maintenance Technicians directly.
 Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters
 Preparing & maintaining entire production related reports, procurement plans and work delegation schedules for timely completion of production process
 Implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations to improve quality standards& achieve maximum cost savings
Quality Assurance:
 Defining quality targets, allocating resources for achieving targets; formulating work standards for quality force and ensuring compliance to do away with non-conforming practices
 Responsible for calibration and reliability testing; maintaining Documents of QA department
 Conducting internal audits to assess the status of deployment of systems and taking corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives
