Project Details:
A G+2 level residential building at plot no 7 and 8 of Keston location, Central London, UK. Each plot is of 84 sq.mt area and Design approval has been given to proceed with the further execution of work.
Plot marking has been done and on hold. Waiting for client decision to start up with the construction work, once the fund is released.
Main duties:
Preparing preliminary drawings, structural drawings and reinforcement drawings for the project.
Project in-charge from high level supervision, liaison with client for design approval meetings, cost estimation, cost flow, contractor meeting on breakdown of work and its schedule planning.
Responsible for preparing HSE chart of the entire project.
Responsible for preparing Risk assessment chart of the project for an entire site team.
Preparing Billing of Quantities (BOQ) of the whole project.
