• Follow up with investigation officers/HRBP for case reports.
• Update relevant stakeholders with key findings and any relevant information, including any recommendations.
• Evaluating investigation reports for final decision making.
• Site visits (retail stores) related to case investigation and other awareness activities.
• Partnering with HRBP’s for exercising diligence in reviewing the available evidence, facts, witnesses, etc.
• Fair execution of disciplinary actions and terminations in line with UAE Law and Company policy.
• Update HRBP and concerned department in case of a disciplinary action so that it could be highlighted for future reference.
• Conducts awareness/training programs related to disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Frequent meetings with floor employees to understand their problems and their wellbeing in the company.
• Collaborate with HR Legal and Compliance and/or external legal counsel for advice on interpretation of local laws and regulations and ER policies, procedures, cases in-country
• Reports - disciplinary/grievance trackers (monthly and quarterly), dashboards, call matrix etc.

Disciplinary and grievance
• Point of contact for any disciplinary and grievance issues.

Employee Engagement
• Develop Employee Engagement strategies and solutions that support organizational transformation and directorates in achieving and sustaining high engagement and performance level.

• Coordinate and contribute to new program initiatives that are implemented on a monthly basis throughout the company.
• Contributes to the Group HR Balance Score Card and the quarterly reporting process of Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators; supports the monthly reporting process of various activities within the Group HR department.
• Directly participate in the implementation of these initiatives under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.
• Conduct various welfare activities and social activities like Talent Hunt, Annual Staff Parties, health related activities like Walking challenge, Yoga and Zumba, Birthday Celebrations, Quran teaching classes, Fun Run and other activities relation important days both local and international.
• Develop and create news bulletins in order to communicate the Employee Engagement activity plans to all team members within the company
• Build strong business relation and act as HR Business Partner with the key stakeholders to ensure proactive support of the businesses in all aspects of HR management.
• Establish and maintain employee rewards and recognition programs (Employee of the month, Safetyman of the month, Excellence awards, client appreciations, service awards etc…. Analyze and assess trends in rewards and recognitions and recommend adjustments as appropriate.
• Conduct weekly Employee Voice Meetings at labour camps and work sites.
• Labour camp inspection and addressing issues to concerned departments for solutions.
