Procurement Operation:
* Analyzing the enquiry from the client rigorously.
* Using of Internet to locate special requirements and gather information on company eligible for enquiries.
* Create the enquiry for our vendors along with necessary documents in a very competitive manner in order to prepare the right quote.
• Co-ordinate with Overseas/Local Vendors for technical queries and Quotes.
• Compare all the quotes from the vendors.
• Prepare the comparison chart in order to find out the lowest vendor.
• Contacting all the vendors in range to get further discounts, if possible.
• After finalization of the price, negotiate the desired terms and conditions fulfilling the project/client requirement.
• Releasing the purchase order to the vendors.
• Continuous follow-ups with vendors with the help of logistics department in order to receive the material in time at the site.
* Preparation of Quotations and Tenders in most competitive manner.
* Developing new clients & Interaction with existing clients in order to understand their Project Requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors for Quotes and supply.
• Gather market information and follow up with the leads in order to generate new clients.
• Regular follow up on the status of submitted quotations and Tenders.
• Update product knowledge by reading and referring product catalogue and manuals regularly.
• Using of Internet to locate special requirements and gather information on company profiles.
• Trade with other leading trading organizations inside the country and overseas in order to fulfill customer's requirement.
• Preparation of monthly sales activity report, attending and presiding over weekly sales meeting.
• Providing the technical assistance to new engineers joining our company.
• Supporting the management, operations, warehouse rigorously to achieve the smooth delivery of material to our clients in time.
• Assisting our management for our stock orders in the beginning and during the year.
• Assisting our management for the sales forecast for each new financial year.
• Perform the physical inventory each year to achieve the smooth operation of sales for the whole year.
• Last but not least, Aim to achieve the set targets and above.
