Roles & Responsibilities:
Post -P.O Activities
• Verification of Purchase Order with Techno commercial offer
• Verification of P&ID with Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Technical Specifications
• Conducting Contract Review Meeting (CRM) with internal team members and capturing the points suggested by team members
• Preparing P&ID’S & Electrical & Instrumentation Drawings according to Client inputs
• Handling of projects 3D CAD Modeling, Sheet metal Design, Assembly Design, Developing manufacturing drawings with GD & T
• Preparing the Skid GA Drawings, Tank GA Drawings with components according to costing sheet and sending the same for client approvals
• Preparing Skid structural frame drawings and submitting the same to Manufacturing department
• Participate in reviews, and prepare invention disclosures where appropriate
• Preparation of Master Instruments List (MIL) along with IO budget, Electrical & instrumentation scheme& Scope of works
• Working on site layout for placement of Skids and sending for client approvals
• Material planning and order the material as per the project
• Providing detail Shell & Dishes cutting drawings to production
• Quickly participating in giving components drawing approvals to respective Vendors
• All approved documents will be shared to Production &Quality teams for further process
• Preparation of required Fittings, Tags & Nameplates for both Skids & Tanks
• Preparing the Purchase request forms in Focus 7(ERP)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creating 3D models from 2D Drawings
• Developing the manufacturing drawings as per the customer standards
• Creating the models according to stages, Stage Drawings and their process plan
• Responsible for Planning, Schedule, Cost Estimation, Overall Project Management & project execution
• Tracking the project plan by conducting daily meetings, weekly project status calls.
• Interacting with customers and discussing on deviations in the drawings and 3D models
• Maintaining MOM and circulate them to project stake holders
• Collecting the load sheets and entering the daily machine utilization hours for day output
• Filling the D.R.M board and Pre Metric Charts
• Participating in 5s activities

• Understanding the customer requirements & preparing statement of work as per inputs
• Active participation in project planning, Schedule, Project management & execution
• 2D to 3D modeling & developing manufacturing drawings with GD & T
• Handling Assembling Drawings, Balloons & Bill of Materials, Large Assemblies, Sub Assemblies, Clash Analysis, Tolerance stack up analysis
• Generating B-Surface and C-Surface with given A-Surface as input
• Participation in Design Reviews, Detailing, Quality checking and Project coordination
• Applying the guidelines of DFMA, DFA, DFM to improve quality & efficient design
• Managed & monitoring for work delivery by revise, frozen the parts within the timeline
• Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety & reliability
• Coordinating for queries raised during execution of project to meet design quality goals
