Admin Responsibilities: • Making monthly statements for Etisalat, Dewa and Aramex for payments.
• Handling all works related to Etisalat and DEWA.
• Applying for medical insurance cards for the employees.
• Forwarding the medical claims for reimbursement.

• Preparing the required documents for applying other country visas for our employees and Directors.
• In absence of Company PRO have gone to embassies and Consulates for applying other country visas.
• Drafting letters and taking minutes.
• Preparing Employment offer letters, inter office memos, termination/warning letters.
• Prepare and arrange advertisements for new recruitments.
• Making LPOs.
• In absence of our Ticket coordinator, have booked tickets for company employees and Directors.
• Maintaining inventory of Stationary and Pantry/ Miscellaneous and replenishes stock when necessary.
Retail Responsibilities:
• Making business plans for new projects.
• Making Executive summaries.
• Making PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinating with publishing houses for Advertisement spaces and getting best rates for the spaces.
• Making proforma invoice.
• Checking consignment with the order forms when it is arrived.
• Assisting General Manager in finalizing the franchisee agreements with the franchiser and lease agreements with the malls.
• Corresponding with suppliers and franchisers abroad through e-mails.
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.
