Project Description: The project involves implementation of CRM online portals version 8.0 for US based
client along with CRM Implementation. The project involved implementation of CRM Portals for CRM
incidents for the clients and their companies. This project involved setting up Portals, custom JavaScript and
Liquid Templates. Project also involved having custom CSS to reflect UI as their existing portal
My Role: I was involved in the initial requirement gathering for the project, documentation, system
design/flow design and team management. I was also a part of development team, worked on customization
of portal using JavaScript and liquid templating and CRM customization (creating work flow and plugins).
* ADX On-Prem Portal implementation and SharePoint Document sharing on
Portal for Dubai based client

Dubai based client along with CRM Implementation. The project involved heavy code customizations of ADX
Portals in order to access the SharePoint Documents on Portals based on user roles.
My Role: I was involved in the initial requirement gathering for the project, documentation, system
design/flow design and team management. I was also a part of development team, worked on customization
of portal using portal code and CRM customization.

CRM 2015.
My Role: I was involved in the initial requirement gathering for the project, documentation and team
management. I was also a part of development team. I was also involved in migrating CRM4 to CRM2015.
Where we have migrated all the data from CRM 4 to CRM 2015 directly using scribe. And manually
replicated all the customization in CRM 2015.Also involved Field one sky and Woodford for Resco Mobile
CRM customization for the field technicians, to see their work order schedule.
