-Developing the most suitable range of collection for the market & managing the stock level of the continuity lines and seasonal products for the department store BHS and M&Co.
- Planning: Developing OTB as per the sales mix of the season and analysing the area of growth. Plan promotions and offers for the slow sellers based on sales reviews.
- Range Development/Buying: Reviewing the OTB and buying the products for a season. Liaising with the international team for additional ranges in case of shortage in the number of options planned.
-Sale /Trend Analysis: Analysing the best sellers of the season and reviewing the trends for upcoming seasons.
- Ensuring that the delivery and replenishment of stocks are done based on the sales.
- Allocation of stocks as per store grading and pricing the stock as per company guidelines
- Phasing of stocks and planning the launch as per story & promotions in store.
- Ensuring that the stores have all the POS signages during season launches, promotion or sale.
- Analysing daily sales and stock level to support the stores and to plan the needful.
- Planning promotion in stores to drive more sales.
-Planning the assortment for the season and developing ranges of maternity wear with functional aspects.
-Fabric Research and procuring right fabric for the designs.
-Liaising with factories for the sampling and production of the approved designs.
-Continuous analysis of market trends on maternity wear and requirements by attending events and meet ups for expecting moms.
-Managing the stock level in the store and doing relevant promotion to increase the ATU and ATV.
-Social media marketing and attending events and meet ups.
-Interaction with other groups and e-commerce sites for tie ups for promoting the products and designs.
