• Responsible for Drafting/ Vetting/ Negotiating Commercial Contracts including lease agreements, Franchisee Agreements, Vendor Agreement/s, Various Marketing agreement/s, MOU, LOI etc
• Negotiating with Clients/vendors/ Landlords to Close Legal Issues in Contracts
• Responsible for Drafting of written statement (labour cases), Criminal complaint, applications, Notices reply, representations, responses, communications for all store (& related HO) issues
• Responsible for processing, Legal Metrology inspections and Following up, for an amicable and preferred closure to incidents related to Legal Metrology, keeping in mind the organizations interest and relevant statutes
• Ensure SOP adherence in stores across India
• Responsible for processing, day to day, issues / incidents/legal complaints.
• Deliver extensively researched and legally sound output on assigned research work within agreed time lines
• Responsible for HR litigation like Industrial dispute cases
• Supervised Contract Management and Compliance of Contracts
• Supervised third party compliance partner for taking Store Licenses
• Liaison with external and internal stake holders including lawyers and Third Party Compliance partner for Legal/HR litigation matters
• Rendering Legal Opinion for Various Legal Matters Concerned with the Company
• Manage litigation process by understanding the issue, collecting facts and supporting papers, studying applicable laws and preparing case strategy
• Responsible for handling consumer matters.

• Handling cases related to section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act
• Drafting of Legal Notice, Replies, Liaisoning with police and external lawyers
• Dealing with Consumer complaints and matters in appropriate authorities.
