• Ensuring the manpower planning (right people, right place, right time) of the Partner in consistency with the budget (including staffing) to improve the HR Partner department and concerned departments performance.
• Participating in increasing the communication and engagements action plan of the Partners to support HR actions and improve employee motivation.
• Implementing HRBP policies in the Partners and Zain to increase employee’s motivation and improve HR processes and business results.
• Collecting information about the moral and the motivation of Zain and Partners employees through formal and informal ways to provide feedback the top management and recommend corrective actions.
• Implementing with the support of the Zain HRCS the main HR processes (recruitment, training, career development…) for their business Partner in consistency with HR policies and business needs to improve global performance of the Partner.
• Calculating monthly Commercial Commission for various functions.
• Conducting job interviews for candidates and exit interviews for resigned employees.
• Validating and own the Outsource Invoicing and allocate it across each related department in line with allocated budget departments.
• Conducting new hire orientations and benefit overviews for newly hired employees.
• Coordinator in the recruitment division.
• Payroll officer in the Total Reward division.
• Worked with the HR chief on special projects for the department.
