My main responsibility was helping my students master the English language, which is of great use in our age of globalisation. To achieve this, I need to balance fun and seriousness in my classes, while managing the different needs of my students. Moreover, my job requires good communication skills for interacting with both my students and my colleagues as well as the ability to deal with the rapid advances in technology, especially AI.
