follow up on company's expenses (water, telephone, electricity, fuel, fire extinguishers, pest control...)
calculate petit cash for branches.
send recharge cards order it by branches.
create delivery schedule.
solving problems for branches
helping branches with any special request(payment, delivery..)

weekly:
weekly schedule for my team
organize work flow in the office
manage all expenses in the office(transfer in, transfer out)
submit hjoz report
submit cash united report
submit mtc report
data entry for purchased invoice
calculate consumption for the departments

monthly:
preparing for monthly meeting
