•The main key responsibilities for the clients relations officer are to communicate in daily basis with clients HR Department & members by visiting the payers in weekly basis, emailing and calling H.R representative or the clients to follow up on their queries and to ensure that proper communications are addressed in the specified time limits.
•This role has the over-all responsibility to expedite requests, resolve complaints, and regularly provide administrative correspondence and assistance to department manager.
•Implement existing production processes and documentation.
•Follow up with the reimbursement claims with the concern department
•checks with account department about reimbursement claims and coordinate with the clients
• To communicate with the claim center/call center/network regarding member complaints and queries.
1- Answering the Inquries for the patients and the Hospital .
2-Competitor analysis .
3- Advice the patients about there insurance policy .
4- Updaing the New Policy .
5- Follow up the Pending approval with the Hospitals.
1-To make sure that all calls have to be answered immediately,
2-Handling and resolving all types of complaints .

4-Selling car loan and cross selling other products.
5-Scan through the RCC intranet page for the latest updates and new information.
6-Using CRMS system by receiving leads from other branches.
7-Doing after service quality call .

1-providing high quality service through telephone to Priority and personal banking customers across the U.A.E
2-delivering world class for 24 hours non-stop banking.
3-assisting customers with personal loan, credit card, fixed deposit, investment etc..
4-handling customers complains.
5-try to find solution to help client if they have any problems for example “ ATM not working
6-Educating customers about credit card interest, Also working as marketing the new-lunched
Products.
7-Achieving set target in terms of service standards for customers.
8-Follow -up activity arising from customers service via: handling Transactional service Initiated through phone. Provide product Details for such related enquiries support general enquiries.
1-Responsible to deal with customer who have due payment.
