Manager and with dotted line responsibility to the Group HR Director-Dubai, below are my main responsibilities:

* Developed HR Department from Scratch Including, policies, procedures and systems.
* Identified talent needs, conducted competency mapping, and crafted job descriptions to attract top talent while grouping job
families and steering organizational design.
* Established Performance Management System in alignment with organizational objectives, Revenue and budgetedforecasted

* Directed performance appraisals throughout Middle East and Africa whilst coaching, training, and aiding HODs in completing PR

HODs with regards to contractual compensation & benefits, labour law, policies & procedures, and best HR practices. Perform
additional duties inclusive of ensuring timely and correct closing of monthly payroll.

* Developed and executed Oracle HRMS & People Wise Systems from scratch resulting in improved organizational effectiveness.
* Spearheaded graduate/Internship programs with leading universities globally including Hult International Business School and
American University in Dubai.
* Supervised training programs for DGS Employees and attained all set KPIs and improved performance.
* Built and promoted employer brand by attending career fairs, enhancing employee engagement, and establishing

performance management, and benefits & rewards. Delivered outstanding daily support to Business Director. Ensured ongoing improvement of
Communications Protocol and utilization of efficient communication tools within the workplace. I have successfully designated a systematic
