Advising on day-to-day legal matters for all group entities in several countries and being responsible for specific files including operation countries’ files, more particularly:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts under various legal systems, in the English, French and Arabic languages.
- Preparing written resolutions of the directors and shareholders of the Group companies.
- Ensuring the compliance of the Group companies with new regulations and with their respective statutory filing requirements in coordination with the external counsels.
- Advising on employment law matters under Lebanese, French and English laws.
- Providing legal advice and framework to the Group’s activities including its franchise activity.
- Handling the Group’s trademarks portfolio.
- Maintaining and updating the Group’s legal database.
Managing all legal aspects of specific projects and providing legal advice to the group entities
Assisting the manager of the legal team with the day-to-day tasks of the legal department and providing a primary review of contracts
