As Information Systems Analyst within the Digital Transformation Agency at the Ministry of Sport, I support the coordination, governance, and delivery of digital transformation programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. My role bridges technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring projects are well-organized, properly documented, and moving forward on time.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating cross-functional team meetings with internal stakeholders to align on project objectives, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication between technical staff and business owners.
Supporting project planning, scheduling, and tracking for digital transformation initiatives, helping ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with defined requirements.
Processing and tracking project change requests, documenting scope and impact, coordinating reviews with stakeholders, and ensuring approved changes are reflected in project plans.
Maintaining governance documentation including policies, procedures, and internal process records to support consistency and compliance across departments.
Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on selected projects, contributing to requirements documentation and review of vendor responses.
Translating progress updates and project status between technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity for non-technical audiences.
Organizing departmental events and stakeholder engagements that support the agency's communication and change management goals.

I bring a combination of public-sector digital transformation experience and a strong technical foundation — AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Foundation, and 14 Alibaba Cloud Academy modules covering cloud architecture, networking, storage, and databases.

I joined this job directly after graduation. I had My COOP training was in the same department, where I practiced my studies and
learned many other job and technological skills. I worked on the process of writing project documents, as well as other matters
related to IT projects and business processes. Attended meetings and discussions regarding infrastructure projects. Moreover,
working with my team in many significant projects such as the Microsoft Exchange upgrade, Cloud migration, DevOps, etc.

Observing data migration activities, administering product licenses, keeping track of progress with cloud servers firewalls, and monitoring load balancer traffic.
As an infrastructure trainee, I have holistically studied various departments, beginning with the IT helpdesk, systems in the ministry’s environment, data centre, and security. I have learned to understand the company’s network design, access keys, cloud, and data centre. My training included determining the MOS structure, analyzing business and technical requirements, and providing system and software support. I also analyzed local network issues, implemented solutions, and learned information security policies to prevent data breaches.

As a requirement to complete my bachelors degree, I was glad to have my training in the Ministry of Sport, which was really one of
the best places where I found many of the latest technologies being used, such as Cloud and container technology.
