Reputation Management
 Develop Reputation Management system to regularly identify reputational risks to BP Egypt, develop corresponding mitigation plans and lead on the implementation of such plans
Media / Advertising / Brand
 Develop comprehensive Media campaigns as necessary
 Maintain, develop and systematize the BP Egypt’s relations with the local, regional and international media
 Generate and handle requests for interviews of BP Egypt President and organize questions, revising, scheduling, forward plan etc.
 Follow the appropriate process for both the local and BP press office press release approval, in addition to handling the translation, editing, composing, and distribution of press releases to the local, regional and international press, as appropriate
 Receive all requests for advertising and implement as appropriate
 Lead on all external BP branding activities such as advertising campaigns, print campaigns, videos, print materials, etc.
 Manage media monitoring activity
 Manage relationships with external support agencies such as advertising agencies, PR firms, etc
Crisis Communications / Emergency Response
 Lead BP Egypt’s crisis communications preparedness
 Lead on coordinating Communications in Emergency Exercises and Business Support Team
Conferences / Events / Sponsorships
 Handle requests for conferences and events participation / sponsorship proposals
 Handle all aspects of such events including attendance, booths, branding, speeches etc.
 Lead organization of major internal events as necessary
