Working as Customer Project Manager, I am handling several tasks in this position, the most important are :
- Follow the progress of the project (E2E)
- Handling the Customer request and dispatch with the team
- Assigning roles and tasks to members and making sure that the right person does the right job,
- Coordinating, arranging and running meetings to discuss achievements, problems and strategies,
- Reporting to the Project Director
- Following the budget allocated to each part of the project and phases of the delivery
- Support Account and Sales team for Customer Request
- Manage the risk and Urgent request from customer
- Collaborate with Support Team Leader for the issues after the Hand Over of each part of the project
- Working with the customer to achieve their needs (launch services, checking the technical feasibility, decide the best solution to be implemented …) according to the SoW
- Working with a team, under pressure and according to tight dead-lines,
- I am following the full project delivery and managing the contract discussion with customer
Since March 2010: VAS/IN Project Manager at Mobilis Algeria
During this period I followed a lot of projects, the main tasks done are:
• Integration of Charging System (CS5 Ericsson) project,
• Involved in 3G launch at Mobilis and VAS requirement integration,
• Integration of mPayment Solution via (SMS, IVR, USSD & Applications: Android, iOS, Windows, ... ) : ongoing
• Integration of SMSC Acision Solution (SMSC 5.4, ITP, Business Tool, SSG, Message Plus, MPPG, AMS)
• Establishment of SMSC & USSDGW Specifications,
• Evaluation of the SMSC & USSDGW Offers,
• Design & Integration of RACIDI Solution (Consultation of Post amount via SMS)
• Integrate a solution to send bill by SMS
• Integrate a solution for postpaid-refill via USSD.
• Design & Integration of m-payment solution with CNRC.
• Working with the marketing department to achieve their needs (launch services, checking the technical feasibility, decide the best solution to be implemented …)
• Following the process and dead-lines,
