Responsibilities
 Plan and manage a successful preventive maintenance plan and the corrective actions.
For: Substations, Transformers, Switchgear and Distribution panels, Generators, PLC systems, UPS systems, Lightings, Grounding and Lightning protection systems and Building facilities.
 Supervise and coordinate technical staff working by shifts (covering 24 hours / 7 days per week). In addition, give support to other departments (Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, etc.) in activities related to HVAC, Pumps, etc.
 Coordinate with specialized subcontractors, client and other FM contractors.
 Monitor and control maintenance costs. Control the efficiency of the processes.
 Following client/company guidelines and Permit to Work system. Ensuring the staff and subcontractors are following the requirements.
 Perform HSE inspections and lead accident and incident investigation. Collaborating with HSE Department and reporting of health and safety hazards.

 New hard-wiring and hardware installation(fiber optic cable) signal bath from the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) on Substations to stand by Generators

Responsibilities
 Liaise with all involved stakeholders such as HIA Operations, Facilities Maintenance Management, (FMM), Consultant, sub-contractors and other contractors to ensure smooth realization of the works.
 Follow up the procurement team for material submittals and delivery time for new materials.
 Regular progress reporting to the MEP manager (as per system, area & materials installed).
 Raise IRFs and attend consultant inspections along with the QA/QC engineer.
 Planning and management of site manpower (foremen, technicians, helpers) as well as necessary heavy equipment (Lift, scaffolding, crane).
 Collaborate with MEP Technical Office and review Method Statements, ITPs, Shop Drawings and RFCs. Responsibilities
• Checking of Construction Drawings review and Material Submittals for all electrical services. Quantity survey and procurement of all necessary materials.
• Planning and organising everyday construction site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines.
• Planning and management of site manpower (foremen, technicians, helpers) as well as necessary heavy equipment (Lift, crane).
• Construction Supervision of all electrical systems including lighting fixtures interior and exterior, power distribution, substations and control panels. Installations of low voltage structured cabling such as BMS and Fire Alarm System.
• Ensuring that the works were carried out in a safe manner in line with the company’s quality as well as the implementation of agreed method statements and works specification during construction.
• Responsible for the preparing of all as built drawings.
• Regular progress reporting to the MEP manager (as per system, room & materials installed).
• Quantity Survey; Certifications for payments.
• Health and Safety: Repeated safety training regarding work at height, safety and emergency procedures, confined space works.
• Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as well as Testing and Commissioning.
