• Developing unique interactive Digital and Social Media marketing campaigns to increase online brand exposure, deliver highest shoppers’ engagament online, drive footfall to the malls and differentiate the malls from competition
• Managing Celebrity Endorsments for the Fashion campaigns with superstars such as Nancy Ajram, Najwa Karam, Cyrine Abdelnour and more
• Monitoring campaigns’ results to ensure that objectives are achieved by tracking and assessing footfall, redemptions, sales, PR coverage, digital exposure and social media reach/engagement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants including Dior, Burberry, Harvey Nicholas-Dubai & Tiffany &Co. and working closely with retailers to promote cross promotions, sponsorships, key events and art installations
