Responsible of patient relations and complaint activity, Liaison between patients, their families, and the organization's physicians, department and administration. And in the Training department, we coordinating the procedures of joining the hospital staff with various training and educational programs held both inside and outside the country. Including : Saudi Fellows doctors recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Intern doctors and dentistry from all universities, and private and government colleges from inside and outside the country. In the Medical Records department, we have to maintains medical records operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
Coordinating between training bodies and the university, organizing the entrance of students to the class and register their names to make it easy getting their certificates at the end of each course.
It is the field relating to leadership, management, and administration or public health systems, health care systems, hospitals, and hospital networks.
