The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering customers’ inquiries and requests and solving customers’ complaints and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and resolve customers’ complaints as per the set service guidelines and scenarios
Follow up on customers’ inquiries/complaints to enhance business performance and increase
customer retention rates
Identify with the customers their products/services needs and refer their requests/unresolved cases to concerned parties
Maintain a detailed log of all cases on the CRM system and update the Customer Service Manager to decide on preventive actions to be taken accordingly
Ensure proper implementation of corrective and/or preventive measures when needed
Research new trends and best practices in the cusomer service field
Analyze Shop Managers' inquiries to identify new initiatives and report them to the Customer Service Manager
Managing the women section, and handling the shop when the shop manager is not available.

The Assistant 2 is responsible for the various operations of a retail store, including customer service, productivity, profitability, training and development of staff, and control of expenses and shortages.

The Cashier is responsible for handling the cash register systems and sales transactions (makes change, cashes checks, and issues tickets or receipts to customers). He/she greets, assists and serves customers on the shop floor at any and all points in the shopping experience, in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales.

I studied the first year (two semesters) but then quitted to switch to Business Marketing.
