Arranges all travel for the Administrator, including preparing the itinerary.
Establishes and maintains files for the Administrator’s office, including confidential and classified files. Establishes action items and follows-up on items assigned. Receives, sends and process incoming and outgoing mails, facsimile documents and emails. Transcribes, stores, retrieves notes and data using the computer.
Acted as initial point of contact by responding to inquiries and requests or directing as appropriate to those who can be of assistance.
Provides administrative support including copying, faxing, mail handling and supplies management. Performs office administrative duties: prepares purchase requisitions; coordinates and monitors maintenance services.
