Ms. Lara As'ad was working as Assistant Training Manager in-charge of the Training Department of the Kmepinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, during the period from 16th April, 2007 until 5th September 2008. Ms. As'ad was reporting directly to me since she was fully in-charge of the training department in the hotel. During that period Ms. Asa'd shown me that she is very committed to her department, highly motivated and self motivated flexible, very initiative and pro-active person, and very responsible.
