- Creating a social media content calendar for all platforms, with engaging content in both English &Arabic, planning for specific goals, scheduling posts via Hootsuite.
- Working closely with Marketing director and handling all marketing productions including promotional videos, interviews and press releases.
- Translating, editing key messages and coaching student spokespeople to prepare them for media interviews, social media engagements, public speaking events and news releases.
- Supporting the advertising efforts, campaigns and initiatives at UCQ.
- Building relationships and connections with current students to engage them in promotional activities and social media initiatives.
- Responsible for all Arabic/English translation for marketing and communication materials, as well as reviewing translated documents from other departments.
- Assisting with organization of internal events, National Day, Year End Staff Appreciation Dinner, etc.

- Responsible for creating marketing collaterals for Bonocle.

- Assisting CMO with writing, editing and translating all collaterals related to the Medical and LifeInsurance Department.
- Assist in organizing wellness campaigns for clients at their offices designing stands, leaflets, forms and inviting medical providers to participate.
- Handling parallel workflow paths, escalation routes and exceptions to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Organizing meetings by liaising with medical providers and clients.
- Implementing, maintaining and controlling the quality management system, for the Medical & Life division, ISO:9001.
- Assisting Chief Officer by preparing documents, reports and presentations.
- Preparing correspondences on behalf of the Chief Officer.
- Managing internal / external incoming and outgoing mail or correspondences for the department.
- Arranging and coordinating events both internally for Servcorp and externally on behalf of clients.
- Attending meetings, functions or exhibitions on behalf of clients as their company representative.
- Producing end of month soft closing reports for Servcorp.
