Achievements:
- Damac Towers by Paramount:
i. Serviced Apartments: Lead full re-planning & Upgrade to DTCM’s Luxury serviced apartment’s standards and Paramount Brand’s Standards with “Cost Reduction” of AED 3ML.
ii. Hotel: Managed the Interior Designers out of KL, who’s package 55% of the whole Hotel areas; space planned & lead the design for remaining units & FOH areas.
iii. Front of House: Value engineered & re-specified the full packages to meet allotted budget, thus achieving a 62% reduction on the cost, without affecting Paramount’s approvals.
- Damac Heights: Full re-planning and subsequently cost reduction. Value engineered the Fit-Out package by AED7.5ML, with no impact on the Concept, or on the sales agreement:
- Fendi Riyadh: value engineered SAR 27ML to meet budget, without affecting Fendi’s approvals.
- Fully upgraded Burj Damac Marina in Doha to Serviced Apartments Hotel while maintaining the budget.
- Participated in creating the ‘Damac Properties Standards Booklets’ which significantly improved the worth of the Developments, and the reduction of the processes, therefore the costs of construction.
- Improved Quality of ongoing & future projects by crafting Specification Templates with thorough pre-requisite information, embedded within, thus limiting the Designers choices to pure aesthetics.

Masters of Advanced Studies in Architecture and Plastic Arts - Class of 1991 Graduated with a High Distinction average grade Top of the class, best project, best presentation, one of the best averages ever awarded in the institute (Very Good) Dean's list for four years out of five. Was selected by my Architectural Patron for an internship for three years. Designed my MEP Patron's Flat ( Who worked on the construction in Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris) while at the 3rd year of studies. My Art Patron (who became the Dean after I graduated) discussed other students Art projects with me, for I had an advanced artistic knowledge.
