• As a managing director and master planner, I have managed and completed design and construction of all master planning, development, and building projects that resulted in client retention and return for hundreds of clients.
• I have managed detailed design, planning, construction and cost control of all master planning and building projects. That includes managing all the processes in relation to producing a set of budget, life cycle costs, drawings and documents using commercial, contractual, and time awareness, and technical expertise. As a certified Building Information Modeling professional, I have contributed to the success of BIM all projects. • My forward planning in managing a large team to produce a well-planned budget, coordinated and coherent design, working under pressure, with good people skills, and ability to present ideas effectively has resulted in timely submission, and delivery success of all the projects that I have managed. At any one time I am managing a team of 40 varied disciplines engineers and professionals in my team working on simultaneously at least 4 large projects and many small ones in 2 locations. The largest project that I have successfully managed and completed was a $3 billion facility.
• As a certified professional in sustainability and environmental design, I have managed complete design and certification of many buildings including the first ever 3-Pearl rated mosque and first ever 3 Pearl rated Industrial building under Estidama. I have also managed complete design of a LEED Gold rated auditorium and Canteen building, in addition to many other completed green certified projects. Work includes energy and water resources analysis and management, use efficiency and lifecycle analysis.
• As an acoustic specialist I have completed various acoustic design for projects such as theaters and auditoria, schools, offices, lab, healthcare and even a shooting range.

• Bioclimatic Architecture
This course initiates the student to the bioclimatic and sustainable architecture starting with vernacular analysis and ending with zero energy buildings.
• Specs and Quantity Surveying
The course covers specifications and tender documents writing. It illustrates the sources and the methods of classification for subsequent use through practice projects.
• Acoustics for Architects
The course is an introduction to acoustic principles and design requirements for architects. Students learn how sound interact in the built environment and how to design buildings for acoustic intelligibility, music, noise and vibration requirements.
• LEED GA and AP preparatory course
The course is a preparatory course for the LEED GA and AP credentials exam. It initiates the students to the requirements of green building certification in general and under the LEED program. The course is given to both undergraduates and graduates.
• Construction Detailing Studio I
This course is meant to acquaint the student with the elaboration of professional construction document of architectural projects, and the adaptation of standard construction details to various architectural contexts.
• Project Management
In this course students are taught how to handle project management through various knowledge areas and is based on PMI’s PMBOK. It is a preparatory course for PMI’s PMP and CAPM exams.

As environmental and social problems become ever more prominent in our global community, there is an increasing need for attention to the principles of sustainability in the procurement, design, and realization of construction developments in the built environment. This course addresses this need by preparing professionals for bringing to their field of work a pro-active approach to change in the built environment informed by the principle of sustainability. The course presents the principles of sustainable practice and methods for applying them, from setting sustainable development targets as part of project briefs to realising them through design and sustainable procurement and site practice. The practical aspects of the programme are supported by an introduction to the philosophies that underpin sustainability and project work plays an important part in relating the theory to real situations.
6 years course Diplome d'Etudes Superieures - DES (High Studies Diploma - french system) equivalent to Master's degree in Architecture. The Graduation project was entitled: "Homage to the Rock: a museum of the Lebanese Mountain" The concept of the building is that it would be integrated with a natural rocky cliff, around the colorful sedimentary rocks. it included exhibition areas for Paleontology, Geology, Ecology, History and Speleology. it included a library, an auditorium, public spaces, and a cable-way that crosses the historical valley of Kadisha as a touristic attraction.
