Control and approve daily journal entries that comply with the
ministry of finance regulations and accounting standards for the
group of companies.
* Conduct preparation all kind checks payable.
* Responsible on a monthly quarterly basis regarding all kind of taxes
declaration such VAT, TOS, NSSF in coordination with the external
auditors.
* Monthly Budgeting and forecasting each company activities.
* Prepare Interim financials.
* Review aging receivables.
* Maintain and budget monthly cash flow.
* Ensure settlement revolving short terms loans.
* Approve monthly bank reconciliation.
* Control accrual and prepaid charges.
* Attract and apply new financial strategies when it is needed.
* Assist in yearly audit with the external auditors
Data entry (invoicing, purchasing, payment voucher, receipt voucher...).
* Reconciliation (banks, cash, clients, suppliers…).
* Preparing bank transfers and suppliers payments.
* Preparing tax on salaries.
* Preparing VAT report.
* Preparing social security contribution.
* Preparing monthly payroll.
* Preparation of monthly financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow, and
bank position, income statement) in order to report the company’s position
and to the sister company.
* Assist in yearly audit with the external auditors.
Data entry (invoicing, purchasing, payment voucher, receipt voucher...) of
several companies and visiting them when it is needed.
* Reconciliation (banks, cash, clients, suppliers…) of several companies.
* Preparing tax on salaries, R5, R6 ministry of finance salary forms.
Preparing VAT report quarterly. * Preparing financial report (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, notes). * Assisting the Senior Auditor in the yearly audits of all the companies.
