• Handled the accounts of Bigfooti, a company which works closely with major sports personalities to create innovative concepts and events that maximize value to players, fans, and communities
• Handled the accounts of U13IntercontiCup, an international youth football tournament for U13, U12, and U11 Club teams owned by Spain and Real Madrid Legend Michel Salgado.

• Planning, generating & implementing content plans for clients who have retained Diwanee to manage their brands’ accounts on social media.
• Building strong working relationships with the clients to get to know their business & goals so that a customized & suitable social media plan can be developed.
• Providing strategic consultancy advice and execution excellence to help the clients plan, build and deliver their social media strategies. Generating content plans (collecting material & writing), and publishing content across all agreed social media (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Foursquare…).
• Monitoring and moderating activity across channels; engaging where appropriate and escalating to the clients where necessary.
• Real-time evaluation and monthly reporting on all social media activity associated with these accounts according to pre- agreed on key performance indicators.
• Handled the accounts of Vichy, La Roche Posay, Vichy Levant, Garnier Levant, L'Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York. Worked in L'Oreal Middle East offices in Dubai on L'Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York.
