Creating unique and targeted roadshows in key locations across UAE & GCC, which is a major tool to guarantee consumers interaction and overall positive experience
Establishing influencers program across UAE & GCC Region (Best Practice 2016)
Initiating and facilitating market research activities to gain actionable customer insights
Identifying & developing strategic alliances with key partners for co-promoting devices & creating new cross selling opportunities
Proactive and continuous monitoring of competitive activities & implementing swift counter actions
Forecast & budget efficient management (2M USD+) in line with business target & ROI objectives
Reporting to Head of Marketing
Directing Samsung Electronics DM activities among Levant Area (Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon)
throughout all their business units (Mobiles, TV’s, Home Appliances, Corporate, and IT)
Directing City Mall Account ATL, BTL, and Online activities in Jordan Market
Imposing strategies to client and give the full support and marketing solutions to achieve the client financial objectives
To drive business growth through existing clients, and developing proactive action plans
Produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting based on competitors and market analysis
Managing a team of 7 personnel, set their R&R, KPI’s, and evaluate their performance to ensure the agency has the correct level of skills to grow the accounts
Monitor all the planning & implementation period after the annual strategies are set
Research and planning for new advertising idea’s, production tools, and latest technologies to introduce to the Levant markets and doing a feasibility study to back it up

Heading the Marketing strategy and direction for LG Home Appliances in the Levant Markets
Managing the annual budget and spend optimization
Planning, managing, and evaluating all Home Appliances ATL, BTL, Online, and Social Media activities held throughout the year
