Roles:
1. Coordinate with project manager and administer efficient working of construction process.
2. Review all the plans, status reports before management meeting.
3. Review project deliverables and take corrective actions - if any.
4. Make sure the compliance to Applicable Codes, QA/QC policies, Standards, and Specifications.
5. Oversee all engineering processes in construction projects and provide subject matter expertise as per requirement and evaluate all designs and drawings before implementation.
6. Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
7. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
8. Comparing planned progress with actual and communicating with other sections/contractors to accelerate the progress.
9. Ensure that the site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
10. Arranges for appropriate safety training to be given to employees and contractors on site.

1. Rehabilitation of Control Rooms in ADNOC Refining, Musaffah.
2. EPC of New Sulphur Pipeline Project, ADNOC Sour Gas, Shah (Wellhead, flow lines and tie-in).
3. Construction of NORM Storage Yard at ADNOC Onshore Sahil.
4. Construction of security building in ADNOC Refining, Musaffah Terminal.
5. Refurbishment work in administration building, ADNOC Refining, Ruwais.
6. Construction of staff and labor accommodation camp in Qushawira field.
7. Construction of stone pitching berm with fence in Dolphin Energy Limited, Fujairah.
8. Maintenance works in Power station of ADNOC Onshore Asab, Sahil, Shah, Habshan and Fujairah.
Roles:
1. Raising site material request to the procurement.
2. Prepare method statement and task risk assessment.
3. Cooperating with client and consultant.
4. Attend weekly meeting conducted by the client and daily reporting to the Project Manager.
5. Finalizing the sub-contractors with the Project Manager.
6. Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
7. Responsible for all QA/QC activities for civil works.
8. Scheduling of site activities, resources and manpower planning.
9. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, monitor quality, and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
10. Ensure that all project close-out activities are completed, including snagging, handover documentation, and project review.

Planning of weekly, monthly activities to achieve target goals.
Producing Resource, Productivity and Target charts on a Biweekly basis.

Roles:
1. Lead a team of professionals to ensure suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower needed to the project.
2. Collaborated with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
3. Anchored on-site construction activities and used effective resource utilization techniques to ensure completion of project successfully within time and budget.
4. Conducted weekly meetings to track the work progress and plans.
5. Inspected field sites to observe and evaluate the conditions and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
6. Prepared bar bending schedule for the structure works, raised the inspection request, and worked out requirement of scaffolding materials as per approved drawings.
7. Ensure that setting out marking is done as per the drawings.
8. Organize the sub-contractor labor and ensure that daily task is performed and met.
9. Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors for any labor acceleration required.
10. Arrange site walkaround with all the sub-contractors involved in the project.
11. Responsible for the project execution and quantity surveying.
12. Carried out the assigned works in timely, efficient and economical manners.
13. Responsible to the Project Manager for implementing the specific works in accordance with project program.
14. Coordinated the work with other Engineers in project team as required.
Project: Hoshiarpur Flyover project, Punjab
Roles:
1. Carried out the assigned works on time.
2. Produced the daily labor and progress reports to the Construction Manager.
3. Assists the Construction Manager in executing all project requirements according to the company standards.
4. Inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
5. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s HSE&Q policies and procedures.
