Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, preservation and handling of materials from local and foreign suppliers.
Made Daily Material Receiving Report for OSID (Overage, Shortage, Incorrect, Damage materials) and forward it to Document Controllers for reporting and documentation purposes.
Assigned task to my subordinates to ensure proper warehouse operations and maintaining good housekeeping in the work premises.

Modification and dismantling of different types of scaffolds.
Erection of scaffolds for piping support (cutting, welding and pipe alignments).

Maintain systematic filing of documents relevant to receiving and releasing of materials.
Analyses list of materials with existing stocks to determine the materials to be purchased for all construction projects.
Monitoring of all incoming and outgoing consumable materials.
Ensure timely, effective and efficient material handling operation to expedite transportation, clearance and receipt of materials.
Initiate replenishment of tools if necessary.
Monthly inventory of all supplies and materials.
