• Creating, maintaining and updating complete product database management in Retail Pro of the various business sectors
• Handling overseas shipments, receiving vouchers and handling annual and periodical inventory check.
• Implementations and monitoring of inventory transfer control procedures across the warehouse and showrooms
• Update Purchase Orders, Vouchers, Barcodes, Cost and Quantity of new items in POS.
• Track, clear and update Transfer verification from Warehouse to the stores and vice versa.
• Allocate the items in the POS according to the product category (apparel, footwear, Sports & Equipment )
• Verify & compare commercial invoices from Suppliers
• Support the Stock check committee for Annual and periodical inventory check.

• Cross checking of invoices together with the purchased order and the physical items.
• Reporting of all the variances to the inventory controller.
• To ensure the prompt shipment of goods and to check incoming packages for completeness and damage..
• Returning of expired, damaged items to the supplier in coordination to the dept. in charge.
• Responsible to all the paper works in relation to receiving.
