• Monitoring and Troubleshooting Well Parameters (Wellhead Pressure and Temperature, SSV, SSSV, and Flow Line Pressures, Lube Oil Pressure, Fusible loop (Wellhead Control Panel))
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting Plant Parameters (Cooler Temperature, 3-Phase Separator Parameters such as Pressure, Level and Temperature,
2-Phase Separator parameters such as Pressure, Level and Temperature, Dehydration Unite Parameters such as Pressure, Level and Temperature, Camry Pump Strokes, )
• Monitoring Metering Skid Parameters in plant and through Profixy Software on system (Temperature, Gas Flow, Pressure)
• Monthly base Joint Metering Calibration (JMC) (Instruments, Analyzer and recorder testing) with SSGC
• Carry out all instrument maintenance& testing activity at wellhead, like well head control panel (WHP), ESD, Fusible loop and Pilot safeties.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of CAT gas engines (G-3406) control and 7MW sang Yong thermal power plant.
• Maintenance & Calibration of different field instruments (Pneumatic& Electronic), control valves made by Foxboro, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Yamataki, Rosemount, Fisher, Masonelian and Noriseal.
• Controlling all Electrical Equipment in plant Control Room such as switching ONN/OFF.
• ESD system testing (Field & control) during shutdown.
• Monitoring Production of Condensate/Crude oil Storage Tanks.
• Writing report through MSExcel.
• Reporting to the Shift Engineer daily.
• Changing Production in Let from one Tank to another Tank.
• Monitoring Gas Generator parameters.
• Start-up / Shutdown Centrifugal Pumps.
• Start-up / Shutdown VHFD.
