Working as a marketing officer. I come up with the campaign Ideas and follow thru with it including Social Media content, in addition I communicate with our clients and customers in Social Media to keep them engaged.
Worked as a call center agent registering peoples order, answering their questions and concerns, and I was the focal point between H&S Stores and clients.
Within 1 year I managed to be the manager of the Call Center Department, there for I was in-charged of Social Media content and presenting our products.
