q Metro/Rail Depot, Pile Foundations, Concrete Structures, Steel Structures Buildings, Road Construction, Earthworks/Landscaping, Underground Utilities/Drainage etc
q Supervision of Structural & Finishing works for Depot buildings including Fit-out for external / internal cladding, concrete block work, drywall partitions, fall ceiling, raised floor, floor / wall tiling, painting etc.
q Assisting the Resident engineer by carrying out surveillances and by anchoring on site daily activities for all aspects of the work.
q Ensuring that health, safety & environment system is properly maintained and well monitored by the contractor and any non-conformance is corrected well in time
q Collecting work related information from the site and to prepare daily/weekly activity reports
q Keeping full record of the all major activities at site on daily basis
q Carrying out daily site inspections and responding to the inspection requests issued by the contractor within time limits specified.
q Ensuring that all information provided for the inspection of the work is complying with the approved drawings and other contract documents.
q Raising observations to report the quality issues during the construction process and issuing non-conformances and to follow up their resolutions as well.
q Ensuring that the work is constructed to the quality, design, procedures and applicable standards/specifications of the project.
q Attending meetings as needed for all aspects of the project like construction, quality, progress and HSE.
q Reviewing work related quality documentation and its compliance with work at site.
q Reviewing construction method statements/ITP, material transmittals and other related documents as needed.
q Execution of work as per Drawing details & Client priority.
q Man power, Equipment’s & project planning for daily & project wise.
q Sub-Contractors billing & handling.
q Motivating the team Members & maintaining healthy work environment
q Attend meetings and provide reports as requested by the project manager to communicate
q Daily Progress monitoring & reporting to Const. Manager
q Project Management and monitoring the progress e.g. quality control
q Preparation of reports and presentations
q Check the environmental impact of the project.
q Inspect the Works on completion. Record and issue a list of defects to the Sub-Contractors at the appropriate time in accordance with the terms of the Works contract
q Coordinate similar lists of defects from other Supervisors. Ensure that the contractor has rectified the defects within a reasonable time and issue a certificate to the contractor when all defects have been made good
q Supervision of underground utilities such is manholes and duct banks construction.
q Supervision for cooling tower construction.
q Supervision for underground pressure pipe lines excavation.
q Supervision for sand and concrete trenches, ditches (for Electrical cables).
q Supervision for all type excavation in concern assigned area construction activities.
q Preparation of quantity calculation for concern construction activities.
q Manpower distribution according to daily work plan.
q Daily monitoring site work development & updating to construction managers daily.
q Check the safety policies are in place and are implemented by the contractor and that there is adequate protect.

(3)Work done with mini multinational company like obayashi corporation japan/systra France/ tekser & areaa construction Turkey . (4) Total abroad experience is almost 7 years in Saudi Arabia & UAE
