- Manage and train the team to ensure implementation, maintenance, and control of data quality.
- Identify issues and manage resolutions as and when necessary, in co-ordination with various users and process owners.
- Implement and adopt the most appropriate process models that are consistent with the bank's vision, mission, and goals for data integrity/quality.
- Design, develop, maintain, and modify processes for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Generate and escalate periodic and requested reports.
- Agree on targets for team members in conjunction with all reports (QA, no of opening accounts, etc.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) report to Risk Management) Respond to Internal/External Audit and other banks departments' queries in a timely manner, ensuring that the discrepancies pointed out, are corrected immediately, and are not repeated in future.
- Responsible for staff rotations to assure full awareness of products and processes and avoid risks of long periods for staff in the same position.
- Checking the staff vouchers against their journal at EOD, to ensure correctness/availability of all vouchers and necessary documents.
- Responsible for Consumer Operations Support team staff appearance, behaviors, and attitudes.
- Minimize data entry & procedural errors.
Schedule and prepare Board Meetings e.g., BOD, BCGC, BRC, BNRC and BAC packages/Agendas
• Review and maintain minutes of meeting
• Prepare internal/external letters and communicate with ministries like MOJ, MOI, KCC etc.
• Support team members in reviwing/amending internal policies to be following Corporate Governance and CBK instructions
• Prepare for AGM Meeting and provide all the documents needed for new and existing Board Members elections.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely matter.
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication and collaboration within and between the Top Management’s office and internal departments, maintain credibility, trust, and support.
• Draft, organize, and maintain files, logs and documentation related to policies, correspondences, tools, and best practices.
-Oversee all daily office functions such as Coordinate and prepare meeting materials.
-Serve as the first point of contact to answer, screen and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors.
-Manage and maintain President & CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
-Coordinate CEO’s travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, rental car and other travel needs.
-Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of CEO.
-Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
-Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
Distribute the CBK circulars and KBA that are received to all concerned as directed by CCEO / Compliance and take necessary action as required
• Communicate with various government authorities as and when required.
• Prepare all travel expenses of CCEO, and all transfers to be handled to operation department
-Provide Administrative support for the department.
-Coordinate Office activities.
-Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
