● Make the necessary entries for the company’s invoices and check all supporting documents
● Preparing Payments batches based on Invoice Currency weekly
● Preparing Forecast monthly
● Doing the Monthly Reconciliation of Supplier Statement of Account
● Attending monthly meeting with the company (External and Internal Meetings) and Internal Trainings
● Coordinating with suppliers via Email and Telephonic correspondence.
● Updating Supplier Details on the system such as Banking Details, TRN (Tax Registration Number)
● Providing Payment Remittance advice from Banking Portal based on Request of Supplier or Business Unit.
● Preparing the monthly closing
● Other responsibilities Assigned (External and Internal Meetings, Internal Trainings Etc.)
