• Assigning key responsibilities to members of the team and implementing new strategies to enhance effective performance and delivery amongst team members.
• Effectively understand client job needs and communicate them to other team members who may not understand clients’ perception.
• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands, Mobiles Apps, Webpages, Identity Manuals, Marketing Material for Social Media, etc. based on client specification, needs and brand image.
• Supervise projects to ensure that all mate-rials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
• Supervise and mentor the staff on project execution, and submit performance report on
assigned projects to the Director Manager
for appraisal.
• Have a weekly meeting with the team for review all the projects and compare it with the timeline given for them. Send a report to de CEO with all the points concerned in the meeting.
• Desing UI and UX, Wireframe for Webpages and Mobile Apps.
• Involved in customer interaction for un-
derstanding their requests.
• Involved in problem analysis and fixing
of issues.
• Create 2D designs for Exhibitions and events
• Create and desing new brands, flyers, banners, roll ups, pop ups, stationary, Corporative identity, etc.
• Create and desing new campaings, flyers, banners, roll ups, pop ups, stationary, identity manual, etc.
• Involved in transit Campaigns, designing
new ideas so that children can understand traffic signs.
• Effectively Understand and discuss with team members on the design style to be used for campaigns more effective.
• Creating creative pieces to children can interact with them and they can understand
the campaign.
